Hey guys it’s Ro! I got a lot of requests from you guys to play some more video games on my channel, and as most of you know, I am traveling so much! I just got back from a bus tour where I lived on a tour bus for a month, and I’ve been flying to different cities for so many different meetings https://flashstickgames.com/online-gambling-found-home-in-manhattan/.
So, a lot of my video gaming has been done on my tablet and my phone. I’ve been playing a lot of app games. And I wanted to share with you one of my favorites that I have been playing lately, it is so cute! It’s food related, big surprise! And it is called World Chef, it is super fun, and you build your own restaurants, and you unlock little different chefs, and I love it! It’s free to download. I wanted to show you guys what I’ve been working on and also how to play the game! Here’s the little icon, it looks just like my dad, same stache! Now let’s get started! Bewp! Alright, here’s my restaurant, when you start the game you get to name your restaurant, I named mine Mangia, which means “Eat” in Italian. As you can see, we’ve got a long line of customers outside, they’re hungry, they’re ready to nom-nom-nom! Let me show you around, over here is the dining area, where all of the little tables are set up. Over here is where I have all of my chefs that I’ve unlocked. This is the event space where we have different parties, birthday parties, weddings. And then over here is the prep kitchen where we make sauces, meats, cheeses, breads. Out back is my vineyard where I’m growing grapes, making wine, champagne, dream come true! Next door are the markets where you can buy all the ingredients that you’ll need. And next to that is the cooking academy, where you can level up your chef’s recipes. Oh and there’s a little bunny! Boing-boing! Alright, that was a quick tour, and now I’m gonna show you all of the different chefs that I’ve unlocked. Starting with our teppanyaki chef, he makes Soba Soup, Nigiri Sushi, and California Maki. There’s also Miso Soup, but I can’t unlock it yet until I’m level 34. Right now I’m only level 27. And then we have our sushi chef, which makes the same things, but he’s got his own flair! I love how all the chefs in the game have their own cooking or baking flair. It’s so cute, I love it! Next door is one of my favorites it’s our cupcake chef. You know I like the sweets. She makes strawberry cupcakes, chocolate cupcakes, and chocolate chip cookies. And when you click on each one, you can see the different ingredients that each recipe will need. And, I’m working towards those vanilla cupcakes! But I haven’t unlocked those yet, I’ve got to get to level 38 first. Here’s my French Chef, he’s making lots of Crepes right now, but as soon as I get to level 30, he’ll be making some filet mignon, my favorite! This is the grill chef, I like to call him Bill, he makes hamburgers, cheeseburgers and steak tartare. For appetizers we have our Antipasti Chef, she makes bruschetta, carpaccio, which is a meat and cheese tray, spring salad and a truffle risotto! Next is my best friend, he’s my BFFL, he’s the pasta chef! He makes a pasta quatro formaggi, which is a four cheese pizza, a pasta bolognese, ham pizza and pasta carbonara, yum-yum-yum-yum-yum-yum-yum-yum-yum! And then next to him we have the pizza chef, which looks like my dad, he is my favorite one in the game, look at his little mustache! Oh my god he’s the cutest! And I love his little flair, spinning that pizza, put on those toppings, and bake it up! Mangia, mangia! Here’s my Mexican chef, he makes tacos, stuffed peppers, chili with rice and nachos, as you can see, I love nachos, he’s making all nachos. Netflix and Nacho night! That’s my Saturday! Here is my Spanish Chef, he’s making tapas, potatas bravas, omelettes, and paella, oh, such a romantic! My Indian chef makes onion samosas, chicken tikka, and beef vindaloo. Yum-yum-yum! Last but not least is my Arabian chef, as you can see, I have him making flafels, and I’m only 1 level away from unlocking couscous. So, those are all the chefs that I’ve unlocked in the game, but let me show you some of the ones I haven’t unlocked yet! We have the Vegan chef, the Hawaiian barman, who I hope is gonna be making some yummy tropical drinks. The Chinese chef, which I love because I lived in China for a year, I can’t wait to see which recipes she makes, yum-yum-yum! And the German chef, who apparently dislikes turtleneck sweaters. In the game you can unlock different styled tables and decorations for your restaurant, like some of the ones you’re seeing here, doo-dee-doo-da-doo! And then here are some of the different decorations that you can hang, I’ve picked up some of these, you can buy them with coins that you earn in the game. You earn coins by serving tables, throwing events and selling items, so there’s different ways to get coins. Right now I have about 90,000 of them. Let me show you some of the decorations I have around the restaurant. In the entryway I have a marble statue, and some rose vases, pretty pretty to look at, we’ve got a little wine cupboard.

All these players guaranteed 166,000 dollars. That's real money. - [Maria] Yeah, free and clear, sort of, probably not.
Taxes are going to get them pretty good, 40 percent at least. - [David] This is an exciting way to start a show. Why don't we just bring on our favorite accountant out? Blinds are 80 thousand, 160 thousand. What a buzz kill, huh? Hey, you're going to win 166,000 minus taxes. Ace, jack off suit for Carnero. That is Martin Carnero, by the way, Carnero from Davie, Florida. His favorite TV show, Big Bang Theory. - [Maria] Actually, that's probably one show that I've heard is really, really good and I've never watched. - [David] You've never watched that? - [Maria] No, not a whole episode https://casinoslots-sa.co.za/rich-casino. - [David] Yeah, nerds are cool. - [Maria] I've always loved nerds. - [David] Oh, an all in from Bazely with jack, 10. - [Maria] And Carnero has to call here because Bazely has less than 20 bigs, I don't mind that Bazely went all in here with Jack, 10 because you know Carnero is opening from the button, he's been fairly active, he has the chip lead, I believe, so because of all those factors, he could definitely, be opening light. - [David] The red border around Carnero's name indicates it's his turn to act. The hand on his face also indicates he's thinking. Universal language for thinking. - [Maria] I don't mind that he's thinking here. I think he's kind of getting an exact count, but I would mind if he folds here. Bazely's definitely very capable of three bet shoving with this type of stack size, where there is fold equity with obviously a hand that is worse than Ace, Jack. - [David] Bazely is known as the Porzingis of poker. Do you know who Porzingis is? - [Maria] I honestly do not know that reference, but I know that that's what Jake is called. - [David] Maria Ho, once again, illustrating her knowledge of sports. - [Maria] Well then explain it to me. - [David] He's a baseball player. - [Maria] Oh. - [David] Yeah, European baseball player. - [Maria] He's European, he's not even American and you expect me to know this reference? - [David] This is the exact kind of stuff we're trying to get away from, it's not just an American show, this is worldwide, you're all about America. - [Maria] That's true, but I don't even know American sports. - [David] Yeah, he actually plays for the NBA, Knicks. - [Maria] Oh. - [David] Yeah, it's cool, it's all good. Carnero does eventually make the call. Cards are on their back and Bazely at risk. - [Maria] Bazely is not very happy to see that he is dominated here, but a 10, there's three of those in the deck, right, it could come. - [David] Maybe he can channel the spirit of his grandmother. Oh, there's a 10, right out the gate. Carnero picks up a gutter, looking for a king or an ace, running hearts will do it as well. - [Maria] Carnero does have Bazely covered on the hearts, so that's the good news, turn is a five of diamonds. - We're here again. - From Seminole Hard Rock in Hollywood, Florida. - This is The Final Table. Last week on The Final Table, Hellmuth and Esfandiari were successful in choosing their snap calls carefully.
However, it was all crickets for Joe, as he was left with a meal of creeper crawlers that he'll never forget. The silver platter is dressed and ready for the conclusion of our tournament at Seminole Hard Rock. One of our hosts will get to walk away without tasting the fine delicacies. While the other will have to stomach the harsh reality of an even buggier punishment, if his player is eliminated on The Final Table. (upbeat music) - [Phil] I was supposed to go broke on that hand, honey, except that I forgot one thing, I can dodge bullets, baby. - [Antonio] Please, one time. - We're going to bet every week and see who's going to win and there are some pretty grave consequences. - [Man] Go ahead, go and set the terms. - [Man] No, there's no way he's setting the terms. - I'm actually really good at loading my dishwasher, but I don't even really see why we need to watch this. - [Antonio] Oh my God, I'm having a tough time guys. - Hello and welcome to The Final Table, a poker tournament show, where the host get punished for not picking the winner, I am Joe Stapleton. These two poker legends are Phil Hellmuth Junior and Antonio Esfandiari. - [Phil] The magician. - [Antonio] The greatest. - [Joe] Are we done? - [Phil] Yeah. - [Antonio] Yes. - Cool, last week, I had to eat crickets and I'm not just talking about the response to one of my jokes, I ate actual dead crickets and this week, one of these two guys is going to have to eat something worse, even more dead crickets. - And mealworms. - There's some worms and some larvae in there, as well. There is a bit of an odor. - A bit, you call that a bit of an odor? - There's a bit of an odor. - If I lose, I'm going to eat three crickets and one mealworm, you the same? - Sure, whatever the greatest does, the magician will do. - Done, magician, deal. - It's a deal. Now we're four-handed at the Seminole Hard Rock. Let's take a look at the current chip counts. Josh Gibson, nobody's pick, he's got 8.2 million. He is the chip leader right now. Antonio's pick is next with seven million in chips. Martin Carnero, not a pick of anyone, here he's got 4.6 million and Jake Bazeley, Phil's pick, is at the bottom. Phil, how do you feel? - How many chips does he have? - He's got 3.1 million in chips. - Oh, that's bad, oh, but wait a minute, Antonio, you never know what's going to happen. - You never know, what I do know, is that I'm going to enjoy watching you eat these disgusting, putrid, little insects. - I'm not the one that was throwing up on the show, by the way. - You weren't the one eating a raw frog. - He may be the one throwing up on the show this time around. What I know, is that it's time to get playback under way, so let's throw it on down to Maria Ho and David Tuchman. - [David] Mario Ho, David Tuchman in the box, 766 players and we are down to our final four. A durian is a fruit like no other, a unique and sensational flavor and texture that should be experienced by anyone that visits Bangkok. While some dislike the pungent smell or the pudding texture, in my opinion, a durian is the absolute heaven on earth. Thai street food and home style restaurants is number twenty one. Fresh herbs, spicy chillies, zesty lime juice and a host of tropical fruits and vegetables all combine to make Thai food intensely appetizing. Rated as one of the top cities in the world for dining, Bangkok's food reputation won't let you down. Fancy sit down restaurants are great, but in my opinion it's the street side stalls and the family run hole in the walls that serve the best Thai cuisine.
A Thai feasting experience will thrill your taste buds and keep a smile on your face. One way to bring home the wonderful array of Thai flavors is by signing up for a Thai cooking class, which comes in at number twenty two. There are a number of different choices from professional cooking schools to motherly style home cooking courses. Often a cooking course will include a visit to a local wet market followed by preparing a set menu of a number of different dishes. Don't worry, you'll get to eat what you cook too! This is the flavor that will give us the deliciousness of this green curry we're about to cook. I'm at the market, I'm going to get some of this stuff. Number twenty three, located near Yaowarat Chinatown is Pahurat, a little slice of India in the heart of Bangkok. Fabric and clothing, chai and chapatis, are all available in this concentrated area of merchants. I go to explore the mixture of cultures, and or course to eat Indian, Bangladeshi and Burmese cuisine. First dip it into the sauce, give me a plate of this and I'm happy. The historical pak klong talad, or Bangkok central flower market is number twenty four. I am at Bangkok's pak klong talad, which is the famous flower market. People come to purchase flowers for everything from gifts for their special loved ones to flowers with religious and cultural significance. The sea of brightly colorful flowers in mesmerizing. Finally at number twenty five is Yaowarat, Bangkok's bustling, and always energetic Chinatown. Gold stores, lottery ticket vendors, Chinese medicine dealers, and exotic food markets all add to the mix. When evening in Yaowarat falls, street food and seafood restaurants take over and don't stop serving until the wee hours of the night. This is called kuay jab, and it's in a soup made from all things pig. Sampeng Market also located in Yaowarat, is an intensely busy shoppers paradise that includes an unfathomable range of knick knacks. So whether you choose to go on a shopping rampage, a street food pilgrimage, a peaceful temple visit, or a cultural museum trip, there's no doubt that the steamy hot capital of Thailand has it all. Thanks again for watching and see you soon! Gambling adds excitement because you don't know how it's going to end up. The number one game mechanic in the entire universe. - Let's play right now. - All right. I win. All right.
Rock, paper, scissors. Now, when we say rock, paper, scissors, we're not talking about the game... Well, we are talking about the game rock, paper, scissors but basically, there are tons and tons of rock, paper, scissors-es-es-es in almost every game that you play, ever. StarCraft. World of Warcraft. Stratego Oncasinogames. Almost any game you think of has a rock, paper, scissors going on somewhere within it. Though, it's not just a three way, right? It's like one of those thousand-way rock, paper, scissors' that there is. Or it's like, well, you know, this tank is strong against that aircraft because it has extra armor but this helicopter is strong against the tank. Fire Emblem is a great one; axe beats spear, spear beats sword, I think, and sword beats axe. I play Advance Wars. I know nothing of your Fire Emblem. Yeah... I hope I'm right. But Fire Emblem has this sword, axe, spear... There's cameras. The internet is... He's nodding! I'm right, good. I was going to say, the internet is about to rage on you. I had it right... Right? It's this rock, paper, scissors. So, when you encounter a rock, paper, scissors in a game, the first thing that you've got to do is recognize that it is a rock, paper, scissors. Number two, you have to determine what kind of rock, paper scissors. Sometimes it's the simultaneous reveal. You don't know what the other guy's got. Sometimes you know what the other guy's got. Fire Emblem. I see that guy standing there, holding a sword. I wonder what he's got? I will send my axe guy over there. Or spear guy, whatever. You know what to use on that guy. So it's like, I'm going to play that way. - All right, I've thrown. - No, you have to show it to me. - No! - Because it's obvious. No, you've got to send a scout and get him. I'm not showing you shit. If there's a scout, using it is probably a good idea. But the real thing you have to do is you have to know the whole chart. Memorization is the number one thing going on. When it's only rock, paper, scissors, everyone in this room knows which one beats which one. When there's 10,000 different military units, simply knowing which one beats which one is this huge memorization task. And when there's way too many of them, like in a lot of complicated games, it really makes it hard for new people to play because even if they are really good strategically thinking or really good at problem solving, simply not knowing all the information, all the different things that they could throw... It's like, if there's lizards, Spocks and 10 other things, right? If you don't know which one beats which one, you basically can't win. The other person will throw something and let you see it like, "I got scissors. I bet you don't know what beats this." "Shit! I don't know what beats that!" "Is it another scissors?" "Nope." You've got know that its rock, right? This can be complicated further when one of these components- like in StarCraft, sure you can play Zerg, or whatever, all these pieces. But there's a skill component. Maybe scissors is really hard to throw because I've got to be like this, and if it's slightly crooked, I don't win. That's true. You think about a lot of fighting games, right? You'll see a new fighting game come out. Completely new. And one character will just be like... Everyone is using that character and winning all the time. Well, that character is easy to use and really strong. Well, then you see another tournament and suddenly, this other character, people are using more often... Everyone's winning with Dan suddenly. What's up with that? Yeah, what's up with that, right? It's some character that is more powerful than character A. Character B is crazy more powerful, but way harder to use. So, you need this high level of skill to sort of activate. So, yeah, rock beats scissors, if you can lift 500lbs. So, everyone goes to the gym and works out. They can lift 500lbs now and then just throw rock every time. And now it's just a battle between the rock people, and the scissors people are not competitive anymore. There are other things that are rock, paper, scissors but don't appear to be. A shell game is actually a rock, paper, scissors. I put the marble in 1, 2, or 3 and you pick 1, 2, or 3. But usually in the shell game, it's not in any of them - because I'm cheating. - That's true. That's true but in a fair, nice game, right? And that's why I say Stratego is a rock, paper, scissors. Is the flag near the left, is it near the middle, or is it near the right? And you have to put your big army with all your bomb-getting-rid of guys, miners, also in the left, middle, or right at the beginning of the game. And if he puts his big army in the same general area as your flag, and you're sort of diagonally opposite from his flag, not likely you're going to win. If you both play properly. So, there you go. Rock, paper, scissors is everywhere. So, if you encounter one, step one: memorize the whole thing. Earlier this year I was speaking at the Los Angeles Times CareerBuilder Expo on The Inner Journey of Career Transition. I was talking about discovering what you are truly passionate about, and bringing that passion to your work. A gentleman raised his hand and asked a question that went something like this:
So I understand all this passion stuff, but what do you do if you just need to get a job in order to pay the rent? This question was illuminating because it highlighted the fact that there is some confusion about changing careers. A true career change is rarely accomplished as a result of desperate circumstances. It requires introspection, exploring, researching and experimenting and cannot be rushed. Here are some other differences: Job Transition Job transition is something that is often accompanied by a sense of crisis. Not always, but often a job transition is launched because of 1) being fired, 2) company downsizing or reorganizing, 3) an unpleasant situation that you need to leave immediately. Anger, grief, self-doubt and resignation often accompany it. You probably didn't want the change, but you got it anyway. Career Transition A career transition is something that takes place over time often 2-4 years. It is planned. It often grows from an emerging dissatisfaction with the situation and a commitment to do something about it. It is often accompanied by a longing for something more. If career transition is an evolution a natural growth, job transition is a revolution quick and painful. Let me be clear if you are in a job transition situation, you need to get your business handled. Get a job. This is not the time to worry about your next job being your dream job. In fact, you can be sure that your next job won't be your dream job, because you will be seeing new opportunities through rose- colored glasses, hoping that you have found your next thing and avoiding any doubts you have. You will be prone to rationalization. Successful career transition requires that you make decisions from a place of clarity, not desperation to pay the rent. So that is exactly what I told my questioner make sure that your rent and bills are paid. Then begin doing the work that is needed to launch a real career transition that has a chance of succeeding. You’re at college. You have your first entry level job. But you are completely lost.
The paperwork can be very overwhelming for anyone, and especially if you have never worked before or you have only worked for daddy. Beyond the paperwork though, there is also many more expectations that might not even be disclosed to you by your supervisor. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Fill Out Your W-4 Correctly Before you start working, your new employer will hand you a scary looking tax form called a W-4. Don’t toss it in your bag and forget it–this little form will help determine how much you owe in taxes at the end of the year. The most confusing (but important!) part of this form is the “Allowances” box, where you enter a withholding number that tells your employer how much they should take out of your paycheck to pay towards taxes. If you don’t have them withhold anything (or enough), you will owe a ton of taxes at the end of the year. (Guess how I know that?) Not sure what to enter? Don’t worry! Walk the Line You are being paid, so good work is not optional. Now that we’ve got the scary tax stuff out of the way, on to the rest of the basics–the things that will make you look good to your boss (which can obviously lead to more responsibility, a promotion, or at least a good reference when you move on to greener pastures). These are pretty obvious, but they can make a big difference!
You probably didn’t have a resume before you started college. You may not even have one now. Despite hearing constant talking about the importance of a resume and how to make a “strong” one, you continuously put off making your own, thinking you don’t need one. Well, you do need one and you need to keep it updated frequently.
Before college, you had very little, if anything at all, to put on a resume. A job at McDonald’s isn’t much to brag about and you sure didn’t need a resume to get that job either. You have moved up now though and it is time to be serious with your job search. In order to get serious, you have to have a working resume. A resume for a college student is very simple – it usually just lists your name, your contact information, what you are doing in college and any work experience you may have. Something I didn’t mention and you probably didn’t think of is college involvement. College involvement can pad your resume to be the one-page length that employers like to see. Even if you list organizations you are a member of or hold positions in, and they have no relevance to a job you are applying for, it still shows commitment and pads that resume space. You don’t want to leave that kind of stuff there long term after graduation, since you will need room for internships and other related work going towards your career goals. But for a college student just starting out, this will be just what you need to have a great resume. Find useful help on students Q&A platform that is provided by the StudyFAQ. Your involvement in those organizations and other groups on campus changes though – and so should your resume. Keep it up to date you get new jobs and leave old ones. It is a lot easier to do it when it happens than to try to do it all senior year, right before graduation, when you have to have it done. Keep that resume updated and you’ll be a lot happier and a lot more likely to be employed down the road! Relaxation means sun, fun, and money. For most students, money doesn’t come easy, and spring break is a great way to drain the bank account out of the black and into the red.
So, wow can you still have fun on spring break, but avoid going broke? Here’s some ideas: Staycation: Staying home might not seem like a great way to spend spring break, but give yourself the week of, while enjoying your own city. Take the time off of work, put away the books and enjoy what your town has to offer. Visit the local hot spots, museums, parks, recreational activities and restaurants. Give yourself a spa day and allow yourself to relax at home. Avoid email, phone calls and the books and give yourself a staycation. Camping: Camping is a great way to have a fun time without spending a lot of money. Many outdoor stores will even allow you to rent the essentials such as a tent and sleeping bag rather than purchasing your own. Overnight fees in most canyons are free, or less than $20 for the night. All you need is a group of friends, some firewood and a cooler and you’re good to go. Road Trip: Road trips are slightly more expensive than camping, but definitely cheaper than airfare. If you can, borrow a larger SUV or van and fill it with friends in order to split the cost. Try to stay in hotels that have kitchens so you can make your own breakfast and pack your own lunch. Use your network: Do you have a friend or family who lives somewhere else, or has a timeshare or a beach house? It can’t hurt to contact anyone you think might have access to a cost-cutting option. Staying with relatives might not seem appealing, but it might be a great way to get away without spending your savings on a hotel. Vegas: There are few places that you can get a cheaper room than Las Vegas. Spring break usually offers great vegas packages, and if you can road trip there, you can save on airfare. If you’re able to avoid losing cash on slot machines, you can have a great week away without breaking the bank. Avoid the Weekend: If you plan on traveling, try to fly on a Sunday and come back on Thursday, before the weekend rush. If you’re willing to adjust your travel plans by just a little bit, you can save hundreds by traveling on less-busy days. Start Saving: If you have big dreams of spring break week in Cabo, prepare now. Save enough money in advance by budgeting, planning for hotel, airfare, food and misc. travel expenses. Put aside a little money each month so you’re not spending the rest of the semester living off of ramen noodles and pancakes. A great holiday can create memories that last forever, but it’s not worth going broke or blowing your student loan money on one week of entertainment.
